Massage was so great I left without putting my shoes on lol. I was so chill I had almost made it back to my car before I noticed! Love this place!
Decided to try a float session for some pain issues after already trying massage, craniosacral, reiki, acupuncture and yoga. I don't have a bathtub at home to soak in. The space is very clean and nicely decorated. The receptionist was sweet and helpful. My hubs and I went into separate pods at the same time. The pods were clean and ambient. What a relaxing experience! I had done this 5 years ago, but Pamela still went over all the reminders for me. Not only is it nice to be able to shut the whole world of electronics out for an hour, but Im in perimenopause, so the magnesium helps so much. She offered the chair massage too, but I had an appointment for a spray tan right away afterwards so I couldn’t stay - but will definitely try it next time. I will float again soon too!
Usually I’m not one to leave a review on a business (let alone a bad one), but it’s frustrating how little of customer service the receptionist had here despite her own mistake. I was going to come in for an appointment as I saw availability online for 130. Before leaving, I read that walk ins were available so I figured it would not be an issue. First timer for a float and the massage chair! Best experience ever! I felt like I was floating in the clouds. I did the massage chair first and went into the float session right after. Truly felt so refreshed and energized afterwards. So thankful that this is in Traverse City! Will definitely be back!
