Terrible terrible terrible! At first I was shocked at Ricks customer service, he was kind, helpful, and appeared genuine. However, 1 month after purchasing a vehicle from Solitro I began to have multiple issues ranging from an oil leak requiring oil to be added every 2 weeks to multiple lights indicating issues with the parking break to the air bags. He did take the vehicle back to “fix” the issues which never were. By the time the warranty ran out he conveniently stopped answering calls and ultimately the car lot relocated.... read more

No website, no Facebook page, phone number out of service, gates always closed at business. Have been interested in a truck there for over a month and cannot get in touch with anyone at the dealership at all!!!!
