Be sure to get all the info before putting the deposit down. I got screwed! To this day they have never fixed the issues that are wrong with this modular and have no intention of doing so.
Man, I can't say enough about this place. My guy Joe is the best. He made this process very fun and less stressful. He's super attentive and easy to talk to. Guides you through the process. Just hang on for the ride. Thanks again my guy, your the best. Our family really appreciates your hard work getting our first home
