The quality of the homes are superior to other Mobile Home places. Joe Hildreth found a refurbished home for me, for $85,000.00 with delivery and everything included and brought it to my Dad's land within the same week! Chad and Mrs. Amanda orchestrated getting the paperwork done and the house delivered within two days time.
This place is great! Joe Hildreth is a joy to work with! He goes the extra mile to make sure your happy. I appreciate his honesty, these days that's hard to come by! God bless ya'll!
