Russell was amazing! Everyone at Solitaire was so personable and down to earth. It was a pleasure to use them to get our home 🤍🏡. We are grateful to be solitaire family! Pshht.. their aquariums are also super cool.
Follow up was non existent.
Updated review: I was willing to ignore snide comments about women needing flashy bathrooms and kitchens and not caring about construction, but he hasn’t sent any of the emails he promised and won’t return emails. No communication has been received since our initial visit. Joe was very helpful with our questions!
Russell is one of the best salesman that I have ever dealt with! He made our visit very pleasant and we actually put a deposit immediately! He’s friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Solitaire homes are very well made and we love the new house and can’t wait for it to be delivered! If you are ever in Tyler shopping for a home then please give Russell a holler!!
