I went to Solitaire homes in hope to find honest and caring people. At first they all appeared to be just that. I came to learn how the people are actually deceiving. I told Joe my story of selling my big nice brick home because I was a widow. I came to learn every word he used was fluff. All he wanted was to make a sale. I was told he was going to work with me on the pricing. He never showed me the homes. He gave me keys and sent me on my way. At first their homes appear very well made. Beautiful! The quality of the homes are superior to other Mobile Home places. Joe Hildreth found a refurbished home for me, for $85,000.00 with delivery and everything included and brought it to my Dad's land within the same week! Chad and Mrs. Amanda orchestrated getting the paperwork done and the house delivered within two days time.
This place is great! Joe Hildreth is a joy to work with! He goes the extra mile to make sure your happy. I appreciate his honesty, these days that's hard to come by! God bless ya'll!
