I need to get this out there. My husband and I went to Solitaire in Ardmore and put money down on a home. They went up on dirt work price even though the purchase agreement had "will not exceed" written on the first one also they had two different payoff amounts on it. We went in to find out why they went up and what payoff for the check. First thing tje salesman man (sergo) said is we will sale it to someone else the Manager (lake) back him up. What I want to say is that solitaire mobile homes they don’t lose their value . They have no value at all not any Mobile home . I bought a double wide mobile home solitary and a Dust is blowing into the windows in water coming in it’s a shame.
I purchased a Solitaire Home from Chad Adams, at the Tyler location. He was a very nice, considerate and attentive person. He went above and beyond in helping me find the right home for myself. No pressure!! He was honest, patient and kind. Thank you Mr. Adams for your service. I will recommend him to any of my friends or family in search of a mobile home. Shirley Pixley
I would strongly suggest NOBODY purchase a solitaire home. They are a quick build and the workmanship is horrible. We were told all kinds of stuff by our salesman which turned out to not be true!!!! Every week seems like something new. We just set our house February of 2018 and here it is October of 2019 and we are dealing with water leaking from the siding into our bedroom carpet.
