They could care less after they make the sale, your A/C units will not be installed right away, you won t get the skirting right away and you won t even get the stairs. All the phone calls they make before you close end after you close on the home. They could care less about anything else, but making a sale. Yes, I bought from them. Don t make the same mistake I made. Buy from somewhere else.
Best mobile homes I found in the area and good prices. The place is pretty run down which put me off at first, but the sales people were very helpful and friendly. Glad I went there.
the house is realy pretty but the service is real bad i went to see the house a lot and i not resive any help and i ask the secretary for help and she always and her cell phone and never help me the losse clients for bad service they need more profecional people
We bought a home from Solitaire this past summer, we really enjoy the home, but anytime we have had a question or a concern or something that has needed repair, we call and call and call and call and never get a call back. they tell us they will call us right back and a month later, we will have to call them back. If the future of Solitire depended on return customers, the business would fail. There are alot of people out there that will by pass a great product if the service stinks.
