The idiot salesman boasted a minimum order of 1000+ft. I am a diy. Looking for some assistance and got very little.
Wish I could give Solistone 0 stars. AFAIK based on my experiences with them, this is just a shell company that sells the cheapest quality stone product possible. While in a lot of cases this translates to inexpensive stone products, in my case it translated to my installation of their River Rain Rock (#6007) product disintegrating over a 3 year period. It looks as if the problem was the interaction of hard water (higher levels of calcium and magnesium) with poorly-formed (i.e., shale) rocks. About a 1/4 of the rocks in thei... read more
