Great experience. I arrived early and they were efficient with my checkin. The procedure was quick and she was always checking to be sure I was comfortable. Would highly recommend!
If I could give zero stars I would. No grace period, call center instead of person at the facility. Call center messed up my reschedule for my appointment - got to the facility 10 minutes prior to the appointment time that the call center “set up” for me - and the door was closed and locked, with a closed sign up. Hours say 9-5. This was 3:50. All lies. Avoid if you can.
First-time patient here, unsure what I need to bring before my appointment. I only brought my insurance card and ID. When I checked in on 9/29 at 10:45 am, the receptionist asked me for the doctor’s name and information, which I wasn’t sure of since my husband made the appointment and is the primary insurance holder. I told her I wasn’t sure and didn’t want to give incorrect info, so I mentioned I live close like 5-8 mins. and could quickly get it and return. Her response was, "You have 15 minutes."
