I had a great experience with the staff and doctor!
I wanted to pay self pay.. but they are in contract with insurance and don’t allow you to pay self pay if you do have insurance (which I know insurance would of denied my claim) which is in fact illegal under the good faith estimate/price transparency act. Don’t let this company screw you over
They were friendly, very efficient, on time and did their job extremely well.
Horrible customer service. Only 2 people in the lobby waiting and the front desk girl didn't even bother on looking at me. Waited and waited just to be told xrays were done at 4pm. When I clearly arrived before 4pm. She kept on answering phone calls and kept ignoring me to the last minute. I said okay thank you and ignored me again. Lol First and last time I go to this location. So unprofessional.
