Courteous and helpful staff. Clinician was professional. I required consulting the medical records staff as the results of my mammogram and bone density screen were reportedly available but could not be viewed on the new patient portal. Upon receipt of a signed release form, the results were viewed on the pt portal.
I have been going to Solis for many years. I just had a mammogram last year, but I am pregnant and my doctor told me not to get a mammogram now. Dr ordered breast ultrasounds for some new armpit lumps a month ago, and Solis has been ignoring them and refusing to schedule me without also doing a mammogram. You would think they would be more understanding of why I just need the ultrasounds done. SMIL is willing to do it, but the locations that perform breast ultrasounds are located far away.
