Solis is the best place to go for mammograms and bone scans. I had a bad experience with Simon Medical so I came here and will return here from now on.
I have been to Solis mammography off and on for years, since I have Banner Aetna now, this is what is covered 💯% for Bone Density and a Mammogram. When I checked in February 12, 2025 the young front desk gal said it would be $66.44. I was surprised and thought Banner Aetna must be charging now. Big mistake! Approximately a week later or so I called, explained the situation and they said they made a mistake. There was supposed to be no charge. We both talked to billing with Ben-Ora/Simon Med and I was told I would receive it... read more
If you look at all my Google reviews I normally leave positive reviews… I wish I could say the same for Solis. Unfortunately this negative review is all because of their billing department. For the third year in a row I have spent countless hours on the phone for a breast ultrasound incorrectly billed. Today after two hours of phone calls between Solis billing and my insurance it turns out my insurance paid Solis months ago … what a headache. I will not be returning here.
