This place, and this company, is truly awful. God forbid you have an actual medical issue, this place is a clown circus. Before my screening I specifically asked the front desk to call and find out how much my insurance would cover. I was told my insurance covered the entire amount and I would not be receiving a bill. 2 weeks later I received a bill for $334.12. Very disappointed and upset.
Inflexible, want money up front, even with insurance rude, unsympathetic will NEVER attempt to use them ever again
I had a good experience when I went to have my bone density however there was a problem with the format of the result and I could not open the files. I have been trying to contact them and they do not answer the phone or the emails. Horrible experience.

As a medical professional, I wholeheartedly believe Dr. Hyun and staff may be in need of sensitivity training. Conversations regarding financial billing, payment and reimbursement should not be entertained in the patient "treatment" area. Twice I have visited this location and they have entered my insurance information wrong which required hours of my time to straighten out.
My wife Kimberlee was diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer. She had xrays done here. It seems like the medical system is designed to make cancer sufferers jump through hoops like a trained dog. First she needs a report before she can schedule an evaluation with an oncologist before even scheduling surgery. Will definitely not return again. Waited an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment. There was no explanation of why they were so behind.
This is the first time I did mammograms in this Institute. They did mammograms on Monday morning and then the technician told me that I need my doctor to provide to me prescription to do ultrasound. They told me they will contact my doctor. I went home. I received phone call from Institute and asked me to schedule ultrasound.
