I had an appointment scheduled for 3:45 PM and arrived at 3:48 due to traffic. The technician told me she had already turned off the machine and walked away. I’ve worked in the medical field for over 10 years and would never treat a patient this way — not even offering a 5-minute grace period. I took time off work to make this appointment, and it was disappointing to be turned away because someone wanted to leave early. Poor service and lack of consideration for patients’ time.
Quick visit; sweet staff!
I had a mammogram followed by a ultrasound. The radiologist was rude didn’t communicate with me about my results and took off before iI could ask questions. The director of facility is rude and uncaring. I would say run and go try a different location hope for better results and communication.
The entire process of scheduling from start to finish is super easy. There were no long wait times and I was able to get in and out quickly as promised. The staff was very compassionate and kind
