For years I got my mammograms at Banner or Simonmed. I thought sitting in the waiting room an hour or more was the norm and I was accustomed to waiting a month for results that sometimes never came. I had heard wonderful things from friends about Solis and once I had insurance where they were in network I made an appointment. Honestly I will never have a mammo anywhere else now. The staff is warm and welcoming and the wait time non-existent. I was in and out in about 30 minutes and had my results the very next day.
I had my routine mammogram screening at the Solis Chandler office in 2023, and everything went smoothly — my insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield) covered the entire cost, and I had no issues. Based on that positive experience, I returned for my 2024 screening in August, expecting the same. Unfortunately, this time I was surprised to receive a $700 bill in July2025 for 2024 mammo screening . All the staff are friendly and helpful!
I rarely do reviews, good, or bad. However, I will be contacting the corporate office and sharing my experience of both last year and again this year. First incident shame on you, second incident shame on me , and there won’t be a third. I will never again book with solace ,with so many other options and most definitely this 2081 W. Chandler location has got to be the worst!
