Very satisfied with my procedure today. The staff was very efficient, friendly and made you feel very comfortable and welcoming. Didn’t take long in my appointment. The establishment was very clean and organized.
Horrible! Scheduled a service for early morning. Received instructions to be there 15-20 minutes, showed up as advised and the location was closed. I waited until my “appointment time” but still nobody showed up, office was closed. Called the number on the confirmation email, that connected me to a centralized operator, and not even they were able to get in contact with the office. Definitely not the comforting experience they advertise!
