I went to Solis in South Austin for a mammogram and ultrasound. The receptionist was very friendly, but the one who performed the mammogram was very rude. She didn’t want to do the mammogram. She came into the room 3 times saying it wasn’t necessary and called my doctor and he explained that it was, and that’s when he started doing the mammogram. Yearly exams are very important and stressful. This time, the process at Solis Mammography was like a piece of cake. The receptionist and the technician were very kind and helpful. The wait was short. The location is very clean and comfortable. Its design help patients conduct their exams with less stress. The equipment looks up to date. What makes a big difference is how you are treated. They make for a very kind and caring visiting for my exam.
I am so happy with this new location, closer to home and work. Both Cynthia, registrar and Stacey, technician made this appointment easy, registration was quick and I did not wait long for Stacey to attend to me. Both were very friendly and patient. Next year's appointment was also scheduled. Thanks
