The staff is friendly and professional; their equipment is modern and ambient is relaxed. It was a pleasant surprise to have Spanish speaking personnel on hand.

Unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient. Unlike my normal provider, Solis makes you wait for days worrying and drive all the way back if something shows up on the screening. They keep you on hold and disconnect the call once it reaches 30 minutes plus hold time.
