I had a wonderful experience with Catherine at Solis Mammography. I was having difficulty getting an itemized receipt for my FSA reimbursement, and she truly went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I needed. It was not even technically her job, but she was so kind, patient, and willing to help throughout the process. Have been fighting with this company’s billing for 2 years now for just a normal pregnancy ultrasound. They code things wrong to insurance, had me pay out of pocket a random amount and then had no record of it, they deny receiving insurance payments. They lied about sending bills to me and randomly send to collections over an amount I was never billed for. I would stay away from this company and if used be so careful about billing. Completely indifferent to the time of their patients. Will make you wait over an hour with no explanation provided. I am changing to a different provider after years of being with Solis because I feel that communication is the most important factor when choosing a provider but Solis lacks communication skills.
I wish I could recommended this place even more. But I will tell you my experience. I am not 40 yet so this was my first time needing a breast ultrasound. I was worried, nervous, and a little scared of the possible outcomes. Everywhere I called was extremely booked or very expensive for a self pay person as myself. My second time going to this location and I can confidently say that I have had the best experience both with the staff and technicians. All the ladies there are friendly and professional. I highly recommend getting the girls checked at Solis.
