My experience with Solis mammography started off really lovely. The scheduling for my mammogram and sonogram for lump i found in my breast was pretty quick and easy. The office is pretty and the staff is nice. One of their machines was down which had me at the office for 3.5 hours- from 8am to 11:30am. Inconvenient but that’s not where my issue is stemming from - after my imaging came back the radiologist said that i would need a procedure done- and scheduling that has been an absolute nightmare. Took my mother here and she had nothing but the nicest things to say about the staff. They were kind, caring, and courteous.
My experience at Solis Mammography was amazing. The front desk registrar was so friendly and personable. She then showed me to the changing and waiting room. There are several changing rooms with a common waiting room to relax in until your exam. And the best part is that the exam gowns are long enough to actually cover you to your hips; they’re not the paper gowns that cover only your chest.
