Terrible - I paid $50 for a mammogram. There was no mention of any additional cost. Two weeks later I received a surprise bill for $230. I would have never agreed had I been informed of additional charges. Solis is predatory.
Patient care is at an all time low. Asked to have a radiologist give me a call to go over the procedure before my appointment didn’t happen. I’m 6 months pregnant, very nervous about the procedure made my concerns known. No one cared. So, I’m taking my body and my issues elsewhere.
My wife came out crying and shaking. For her to be questioned about her history and the "why" she was getting a mammogram as if questioned by the gestapo. The front desk are nice and helpful but the doctors in the back are horrendous. What is wrong with people at this place?
I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Solis! The ease and efficiency of scheduling and check in; the communication before the appointment; the warmth and competence of the front desk person and tech were all remarkable. I will never go anywhere else for my mammogram!
