I’ve been doing mammograms at this location for years now without issues, but yesterday was a real bad experience. I arrived on time, checked in, the lady at the counter said she couldn’t find an updated prescription then she sent me another counter. The lady at that counter said they couldn’t find my prescription and I would have to reschedule. Osmani, the manager, went above and beyond to listen to my concerns and helped me schedule an appointment with understanding and compassion. Came in today for my very first mammogram . Appointment was at 7:40 and was all done by 8:10. The registration process was quick and efficient. Michelle was very friendly. Sindy ( the mammogram tech ) was very professional and courteous as well as Yailin the ultrasound tech . The whole department was clean and looked like a spa . Would definitely recommend.
