Very disorganized scheduling and administrative processes. A huge risk to breast cancer patients who need the correct studies on the correct timeline. Also a financial risk due to failure to process payments and insurance information properly. I am considering reporting them to the authorities as this is a publicly funded hospital.
Excellent service. Everyone was nice, polite, knowledgeable, and accommodating. My mammogram was an awesome experience.
