Everyone I came in contact with were unprofessional and rude. From the start of the appointment, the front desk rep made me call my doctor and get the referral. My doctor said they sent it three times previously. When I got to the back, everything was fine, until I heard they were giving me a mammogram instead of an ultrasound like my doctor ordered. I advised her the referral was for an ultrasound only. She stated they do a mammogram first, then an ultrasound if they find something suspicious. This is where everything went ... read more
The staff was extremely polite, but wore masks and dont speak up so difficult to hear well. The waiting room is large and they have a lot of patients coming and going. I got there 30 minutes early, but wasnt taken until 0 minutes after my appointment time. I had filled out forms sent 5o me, but the info wasnt totally updated. The radiologist was nice, but her speeches were very memorized, of course, and came out rapidly. Told not to breath hardly without time to take a breath prior. No one looks forward to a mammogram appointment, but Solis makes it easy. Employees are top notch and are with you through the whole process. I have chosen them for many years and I won’t go anywhere else.
