Never spoke(or even saw) to the doctor. I was given my test results via the tech that did my second of 2 exams. Left without paperwork. Been 2 weeks and I still don't have my results . When I left a vm I had mentioned two things: 1-never saw or spoke to the doctor and 2) could you tell me how or when I would get my results when I finally got a callback It was a week later and all she addressed was That I would get my results via email. Great people. Very kind and respectful.
I was a nervous patient, due to scarring from open heart surgery about 10 months ago. Everyone was so kind and patient with me. I would definitely have my next mammogram with them. I have already scheduled my exam for next year. I also just had a bone density test done, and again I got wonderful care and the front office staff kindly helped me with an error in the referral from my doctor. The Kingwood location is the best. The staff exhibited the kindness and professionalism I expected. Kami did an outstanding job with my mammogram!! She was gentle, respectful and professional. This location will be my spot!! Not a fan of the Fannin Street location.
