Impossible to get an appointment. Never answered calls even in an emergency. Had to constantly call over seversl days to get an answer. Eventually able to speak to the nurse. When you get to see him he us ok but he diesnt really care about his patients. I gave up trying to get an appointment. Nobody called me back to schedule an appointment or check out how i was even though i have a serious condition. Terrible patient care. I have had a number of strokes but could not het an appointment. Never ever return phone calls. Very hard to get anyone to answer the phone in the office and just horrible patient service.

Dr. Joel Solis , is the best doctor I've ever known . He sincerely cares about his patients and is never in a rush , he takes his time and is a caring and concerned doctor . I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a great doctor .
Dr.Solis is the best physician!! He's so caring, down to earth, and yet so professional.
Dr Solis is one heck of a professional. He has become the primary care doctor for most of the McCook area, and that itself states he must really know his work in the care of all of the Polocks here. He is a glutton with the practical jokes that I play on him, but he is becoming a fast learner. I still question his ability as a sportsman with the landing of Red Fish (since I have never actually "seen" it happen). LOL Without Doctor Solis, I would be in a wheelchair and/or worse. Thank you
Dr. Joel Solis is not just any ordinary doctor. He is a very understanding and sincere person that truly CARES!!! Dr. Solis has been my physician for over 13 years and has cared for me in such a manner that words cannot simply define him. Thank you Dr. Solis!!!
