Never really tried boxing before and have been working with Cesar 1on1 for a couple of weeks now and its been a ton of fun and learning a lot. I can tell they work with a lot of experience levels but can easily recommend Solis if you're new to the sport!
I’ve been going to Fernando for several years now for personal training. I’ve had several coaches in weightlifting, bodybuilding, yoga, and crossfit. The best place to train boxing 🥊
Coach Fernando is AMAZING; he’s knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about overall health (mental and physical). My younger son is a teen athlete who is doing an asymmetric sport. He likes to train with someone who is seasoned and wise in injury prevention, his daily diet, and streamlined smart, efficient and effective workouts while bringing out his best self. Started boxing at this gym since Jan 2025 and have been consistently coming every week. For great reasons too, Coach Fernando, Danny, Erica, and Leon are all awesome. They've built a community here with people constantly striving to be better not just at boxing but with our mindset. All ages are welcome, and I learn something new with every class I attend here. I've recommended this gym to friends and family and a lot of them have stuck around as well. Really happy to be a member here!
