I moved here in July of 2019. This has been my first real “home” as I moved here after finishing college. I did everything online and the process was seamless. The AT&T internet is fantastic and the leasing office got me all set up with them and the utilities. On my move in day, I was amazed at how beautiful the property is. The location is always very convenient for Charlotte and the airport. The office staff of Katie, Shelley, and Lillian have been phenomenal for me. They stole some of my deposit after I moved out. I'm not talking about deducting the last month water bill out of the deposit either. They straight up stole portion of it. The hallways and elevator smelled like weed 24/7. Cars were constantly getting keyed. Last summer they allowed men to strut around the pool area in thongs. Had issue with one of the neighbors constantly. The couple next door would fight and yell at all hours of the day and the leasing office wouldn't do anything about them. Rude on the phone. The positive reviews are from Greystone which manage this property. You lack transparency.
This place is not a place to call home. Especially if you have children. The people who work here only worry about things that affect themselves. I have asked for help on multiple problems with noise that last all hours of the night that wake my children up. All they can offer is a courtesy officers number who I have only received a call back from once. We just moved in 3 days ago and so far my husband and I are loving the apartment and community as well. I appreciate the mail package system, the grounds are well maintained and beautiful. I also love the extra measures that the community offers- walking path, playground, bike storage, shopping carts, pet salon, and many more.
