Katelynn was very sweet showing me around the premises, and after I butterfingered my application she helped me rectify the issue and was fast and very polite while doing so! Highly recommended!
My husband and I had great touring experience a couple of weeks ago with Luis Alvarez. He was very friendly and professional. The Apts at the flats are beautiful. I love the fact that they have elevators. That was a big plus for me BUT after reading the review regarding the sewer flooding issues from one of your tenants about a year ago, I had to cross this one off my list. The complex is very well maintained inside and out. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues reported are handled right away. I feel very safe living here. It's a quiet neighborhood and is close to everything I need.
