After initial good start, I started having issues with upstairs neighbor who is a night owl and makes a lot of noise through the night. Although I complained multiple times to the office and provided video evidence, any intervention on their part would only temporarily reduce the issue(with noise still being pretty substantial), and the issue is still ongoing. Horrible Cock Roach Problem. Exterminator comes every week and it's still a problem. So nasty. I literally walked into my apt and found 3 dead Cock roaches. One in the hallway. One in the bathroom. One in the bedroom. The day before there was a big Cock Roach in my kitchen on the stove. It's a serious problem. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay there EVER ‼️
This apartment complex is very nice and worth the cost in amenities alone. The staff is very helpful and friendly. maintenance is always on point and things get resolved or replaced quickly with very little down time. The neighborhood is very quiet and for the most part so are the residents. The units are a bit pricey but to be honest once you take a tour you’ll understand why. Katelynn was very sweet showing me around the premises, and after I butterfingered my application she helped me rectify the issue and was fast and very polite while doing so! Highly recommended!
My husband and I had great touring experience a couple of weeks ago with Luis Alvarez. He was very friendly and professional. The Apts at the flats are beautiful. I love the fact that they have elevators. That was a big plus for me BUT after reading the review regarding the sewer flooding issues from one of your tenants about a year ago, I had to cross this one off my list.
