I was very disappointed with my most recent visit to Solinsky. My family and I have been going for years and since they moved to their new location it’s like waiting at the DMV. I ended up waiting with my pupils dilated for almost an hour before my doctor saw me. She also took a person who had come in about 20 minutes after me first. The entire appointment ended up taking 2 hours. I got a new pair of glasses and they told me they would come in after 2 weeks and that they would text me when they arrived. Staff is unfriendly and not on time. Very unprofessional
Everyone at the office is friendly, kind, and patient. I had my annual eye appt a month ago and came back for contacts fitting today, both experiences were excellent. Morgan is so helpful, she fixed my glasses very quickly and is so nice. I appreciate the customer service a lot.
Dr. Susan Janik was very knowledgeable, professional, responsive, great listener and thorough.
