Tried to make an appointment for the last 2 days. Woman hung up on me (too close to closing hours I guess) and today no one wants to pick up the phone! Can only make appointments to Glastonbury through the phone, not online!
Morgan was so nice and provided me with the best customer service. She was always happy to help people. I hope she always keeps that lovely attitude. Thank you! 😊
No comparison to any other Optimologist or eye surgeon etc, the Solinsky family is the best around!!!
Billing / Insurance issue. When I left the office after the exam I asked If I owed anything and was told my new insurance covered the exam. Four months later I get turned over to in house collections. Claimed they sent several statements (not true ) only got one when it was turn over to collection. Called office they could not explain the several statements and how I did not received them.
I’ve been to three of Solinsky EyeCare offices and Glastonbury location is the absolute best! It’s up to date with decor. Busy but not overwhelming for patients. It’s clean and EVERYONE here is super professional and nice. Vernon location is very small and out of date with their decor. West Hartford is as nice as Glastonbury BUT extremely busy and overwhelming for patients. Each room has equipment here and there’s two waiting areas.
