Treat all the same even the ones "THEY THINK" don't deserve it. They have no problem charging full cost but they absolutely do not treat all the same. From wrong day in paper to completely no effort in the presentation of loved one. The most incumbents people I have dealt with in years. I have always believed this was the best from my past experiences but I can tell you now it is not. Sadly people just go there because of what they heated but that was a time ago.
