I lived in a Solil Management building and can honestly say it was one of the best rental experiences I’ve had in New York. My super, Ricky, was the best super I’ve ever had — responsive, kind, and always on top of everything. Stacey at the main office made my move seamless and stress-free, and Brandon Ellis, the building broker, not only helped me get the apartment but later went above and beyond to find a replacement tenant when I needed to break my lease. 0 stars. This company is awful. They are totally disorganized and the staff is extremely rude.
I would give Solil Management zero stars if possible. Their deceptive practices and unreasonable demands wasted our time and left us deeply frustrated. A real estate broker showed my sister an off-market, rent-stabilized apartment in a supposedly no-fee Upper East Side building, yet we were informed she would still need to pay a broker fee if approved. They have a terrible mice problem in the 240 e 82nd street building! BEWARE! So many units have mice issues and the building doesn’t know how to properly get rid of them
