The worst customer service and management company in NYC. If could give 0 stars I would.
Horrible experience with this leasing company. My apartment flooded because of their broken AC systems and they refused to reimburse our rent, plus they lied about sending our security deposit back. Everyone I have spoken to from the company is either rude or unresponsive. Incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company.
