Worst experience ever. No idea how they are so big and still operating with this terrible costumer service they have. I keep getting letters from them with added late fees for checks that I always mailed on time with rent. None of their extra fees make sense.
Terrible company with predatory rent increases on tenant that are way out of line with the market. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEIR BUILDINGS!!
