DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SOLIGENT.. We were a customer for 12+ years and they DO NOT stand behind the products they sell. We had a major failure with Canadian Solar panels 230 panels we had to replace due to the back sheets of the modules coming apart and allowing water to enter causing damage to the modules. Soligent would not go to bat for us at all. Canadian Solar warranty is a joke as well so beware!!! This must be why Soligent has changed names over the years…. Excellent products. Great prices! Fast shipping (got some items delivered the next day after placing order) Had items added to order with no issues, great communication and wonderful overall experience.
Quick to respond to a request for quote, but the response was a less than professional 20 questions via text message, asking for background and information on the installing company. I get it, they want big fish long term buyer relationships, but they certainly could show an interest in smaller installers just getting started. I'll stick with having my product shipped in from out of state. Pretty disappointed.
I received a "California Preliminary 20-Day Notice" of a Mechanics Lien from this company. I had no direct dealing with this company, but apparently my solar installer purchased my panels, etc from them. Even though I have already paid my bill in full to my installer, this third party company is setting itself up to potentially place a lien on my residence even though they have no direct dealing with me.
