What kind of company sends material 7 months in advance and expects the customer to store it till work is performed? (personal residence, not a construction site) Then when it gets delivered, they have no one here to receive the order, so the 70 year old customer has to carry 2 skids of tiles & material inside himself! Thankfully I was back home for the weekend early to help him, I've been in the trades for over 25 years and never seen anything like this.
