I’ve been coming to [solidcore] at the Triangle for about a year now and the impact on my body and mind has been unmatched by anything else I’ve tried. The coaches are genuinely knowledgeable and have a real gift for reading where you’re at; whether I need to push harder or pull back, they always help me get the most out of each class. I leave feeling stronger every single time. Can’t recommend this place and community enough.
I did a two week trial, but I’m not a fan of the cancellation policy. It is what it is. I wasn’t feeling well and I was trying to get the most of my two week trial, but unfortunately had to cancel last minute and there was no grace due to me feeling physically burned out. I think the two week trial is a good thing if you’re already physically active, but not if you’re trying to get into the groove of things and push yourself to be able to maximize the workouts. The first time I came here, the coach was wonderful, very welcoming and professional. Today, coming back due to the positive experience last time, was a completely different experience. The coach was very loud, aggressive, and manhandled me as she corrected form. After a couple of times, the last straw was when she dug her long nail in my arm and was pretty rough with moving my arms, I told her not to touch me the third time. The door was locked and I got there 15 mins early at 4 am. They ignored the fact I was ringing the bell and the code they gave me didn’t work. I want a refund for this and wasting my time and money.
Great workouts but nobody ever answers the phones. I’d avoid this location and check out the domain or downtown instead.
