I have been a Solidarity member in good standing since 2019. Shortly after I joined Solidarity, I realized that claims are left unpaid for an indefinite amount of time. After almost 6 years of being with Solidarity, I have come to the point that I need to leave to do what is best for my families well-being. Had a health screening in May 2022. I call the company every 2 weeks to ask when they will pay it. The reply is always "it is batched for payment". They have refused to pay the bill for over 2 years. When I joined solidarity, they said that they reason for slow payment was that they were changing systems, but everything was hunky dory now. Over 2 years and waiting.

Beware of this company.! Although I benefited on a few occasions from the virtual MD, they have not been reimbursed me for any claims nor did they ever qualify as a covered shareable expense ! On February 16th after noticing an increase in fees I called to ask about lowering my costs. They said the increase was due to the challenge of meeting member's needs. Catholic In Name Only (CINO) . $10,000+ paid out of pocket after going into collections in 2021. Zero paid on cancer treatments in September 2024. Their preferred provider for breast cancer was a plastic surgeon 2 hours away from me. No medical background. No accounting background. Bad business plan all around

Solidarity has failed to "share into" thousands and thousands of dollars of medical bills incurred in late 2021 and submitted and approved for processing in early 2022. We were members from 2020-late 2023. They have zero transparency in when these would be out of "processing" and have assured us that they are just waiting for "batch and match". Terrible company. Doesn't pay bills even after we have invested thousands. Fraudulant criminal enterprise. Steer clear of this pathetic company.

I have been a member since May 2019 and Solidarity has not paid a dime of my bills. I have contributed over $20K and not received a dime of benefits. A pre-approved surgery from 2021 is still not paid and I was sent to collections by the Medical facility for non -payment. I am a practicing Catholic and thought this organization would be a good fit. I was wrong, they give Catholics a bad reputation. Date of experience: September 01, 2023

If I could leave a negative star review! Run run run away. Have been a member since since 2019. Seemed like a good principle. They explained sharing and I felt this could really be a viable replacement for traditional insurance. The first thing in 2019 was a routine check up. All went well.
