I highly recommend against hiring Solid source realty. On February 10th 2023 Mr. James Franz hired my junk removal company for a client of theirs. He still to this day has not paid the $650 even after contacting his boss. After I left a negative honest review his boss Matt Swanson and owner of the company then contacted me very unprofessionally at 7am and said “ Your negative posts do nothing. Do not hire, they hire untrustworthy and dishonest realtors. James Franz is hands down the worst realtor I have ever worked with.
This company hires dishonest realtors. Worked with James Franz and got nothing but lies. Contacted his boss and owner of the company named Matt and he said he would make sure I got paid but it has been months and still no resolution after I was assured I would be paid.
