Not good people to work with. Poor communication, no respect for others time.
They may actually hurt a sellers chance of finding a buyer. Avoid working with Erin Armstrong if possible. She wanted us to jump through hoops that weren't necessary because she didn't feel we'd be able to close. I'm happy to say that our offer was accepted by a different seller through a different agency and we had no issues closing!
