Solid Roofing was great to work with when we needed our roof inspected to assess for a suspected moisture problem relating to our ridge vent. They were able to come do the inspection on short notice and provided us with very helpful information. Dylan was friendly and very knowledgeable. He even resealed a vent pipe on the roof during the free inspection. Great customer service, would definitely recommend!
Solid Roofing did an amazing job with our roof repair. Dylan Healy was courteous, thorough and efficient with his assessment of what needed to be done, and he was extremely communicative via text and phone calls. If any other problems arise with the house, he and his company will be the first ones I contact, because I know the job will be done correctly the first time. Thank you for what you do!
We had a bad experience with our builder and have a had an ongoing roof issue that got even worse with the ice we had last winter. We originally asked Solid roofing to come clean out our gutters and they even did the tops story that is 3 levels up (we had other gutter cleaning companies that would just skip it). Then I reached out to John and see if they would look at our leak (mind you this is the 3rd or 4th roofer to come see it) but they were the first to actually have a plan to address it and get it solved!!
