Mikey at Solid Rock Roofing, LLC was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. Extremely responsive within 10 minutes of requesting a roof inspection and a report. He wrote it up within minutes and added photos and drone video footage. He used drone technology, which is a very cool, detailed process. Very reasonable pricing, gave recommendations for the future roof maintenance. As i am a 1st time homeowner. No high pressure sales. I was disappointed with the overall experience. The project took longer than originally promised, and there was a lack of clear communication during the delays. The work itself was okay, but the scheduling issues made the process stressful. They proved through their work that they are unprofessional.
Totally bad experience with them and i pad them advance money for work but they did a poor work. I'm not satisfied with their work.
