Law Breakers!! This company will break whatever laws they can get away with! I have a companion animal, which I have a medical note for, and they still wanted to charge me a $250 deposit! This is against the law in the state of Idaho. The Fair Housing Act prohibits rental companies from charging any additional fees (extra rent, deposits, etc) when you bring a companion animal into the rental.
