I called beforehand and waited for a return call. It never came. Thus, I finally got in the car and drove there. As I walked in there were 2 employes in the tiny storefront. Neither acknowledged that I was there standing, holding my computer. Neither even said a single word to me as they let me stand and sit for about 15 minutes. If you re an established businessman in the community, the service you ll get will probably be great. This store is over priced and very rude staff! Use to be a good place till it was bought by EK. Uses the name Solid Rock, but it is actually EK. Ripped me off for the last time, won t be back. Better store is just down the street! You guy s are just plan RUDE!
I have give a review of average because I am looking for a computer store to repair my laptop so havent been to the store as of yet but I had to make this comment: I have checked out three different computer businesses on here for Defiance OH and the comments that Bob G is making on every one of them is appalling. Isnt there a better way to drum up business for yourself then slamming other businesses? Really makes you look bad....dont think I will be doing business with you if this is the way you treat other people.
This store is over priced and very rude. They bought the name Solid Rock and just in th past year or so stated who they really are EK. I have had friends and others tell me the countless issue of over charging customers, mis diagnostics on there computers stating unrepairable and trying to sell them a new overpriced system. They have been reported to the BBB after they tried ripping me off. BEWARE! Very greedy folks work there!
I have always been treated courteously when in this store. I will do business with Solid Rock Computers again. One remark I would like to make concerning Bob G: I wonder why he doesnt put his business name in his post? It would certainly give his review more credibility... Thanks! Defiance consumers! This business has filled bankruptcy! they have sold the name to another computer store named .K. Computers. This new palce is still using the name Solid Rock very deceiving!!! I bought a computer here and it was over priced junk! I want a refund or I will take you to court! I found another local store that has the the best price and service with there products. And its just around the corner on 5th street. Cant miss there big purple neon sign, cant remeber the name. Ask around for the best computer store ... read more

I smell a bigger rat here! This store has slammed my business and others as well. They only do this to make themselves seem like they are better than others!
