I bought my first home from them. Very disappointed with this company; A day after moving in, we noticed a leak in our upstairs bathroom and BIG CRACKS in the concrete we paid EXTRA out of pocket for. It took numerous calls to get a response from Sam and even for someone to come take a look at the leak that was coming from the ceiling. To date, Sam is still getting back to us with the person's information who did the concrete in our driveway.
Very professional and curious. All of my concerns and questions were answered right away. My wife & I were looking into buying our first home and they made the process simple, fast, & easy. Highly recommended!!
