I had a tree fall on my detached garage during a storm in June of 2025, and that same tree damaged the back side of my home in the process. Not knowing where to turn, I interviewed four different companies, and I eventually selected John with Solid Ground Construction. I chose SGC for several reasons, but mostly because I believed that they could do the job right and I was able to visit with a current customer of theirs, at her home, and see the work for myself. We highly recommend using Solid Ground for your building needs. It was a pleasure working with John who was very professional guiding us through every step of the process.
DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. Installed an addition on my home in Euclid about 6 years ago for $60,000. Never completed the finishing work. Never responded to any calls. Have had electrical issues, found entire sections of ducting that were never connected to furnace in the first place, drywall taping falling off all over the place, and now the icing on the cake is the beginning of structural issues. Just finished our garage project. On time, and on budget. John was very helpful. Crew was professional and timely. After job was finished cleaned up like they were never there. Very satisfied.
