Cashier was extremely rude. She wouldn’t even step from behind the register to help me find a certain brand of hair that was in their specific store. I thought that was the point of working in a hair store. I have a very busy schedule and My hairstylist sent me to them and it was my first time there and I won’t be back. The only reason why I still purchased was because I needed to purchase hair on my lunch break for my hair appointment later that evening. Customer service was horrible. The merchandise in this store is great, and they have a nice selection of beauty products. Unfortunately, the customer service is horrible. Every time I come in, the Asian employees are following customers around and watching every move, which makes for a very uncomfortable shopping experience. One of the cashiers is consistently rude, never acknowledges customers, and alway seems to have an attitude. She doesn’t greet anyone, isn’t friendly, and acts like helping customers is an inconvenience.

I needed a "cheap" wig and Solid Gold was recommended. I needed this for children's church. Solid Gold had such an assortment of wigs and extensions AND they had other things like hair care products, eyelashes etc. . I did not find what I was looking for but I have put it on my list of places to look for stuff.
