I always come here but tonight was When I finally got help, she told me I couldnt touch the hair to feel the texture . She said " You will mess it up but you can touch this other hair". Mind you, the hair she told me I could touch wasnt the same brand or texture I wanted. I had to convince her I wouldnt mess it up .AT THAT POINT, I just walked out . I try to support local business but I cant deal.
Will never set food in this store again. I purchased hair pins for 1.49 and they were flimsy and wouldnt stay in my hair. I tried to exchange or return them but the owner refused because the package was open and the store policy is no refunds/exchanges. I guess they think its ok to sell defective products because of their policy but I'm pretty sure defective products don't count. I used to buy human hair and braids on a monthly basis from this store but they just lost a customer over 1.49 lol.
While some of their hair prices are VERY reasonable, DO NOT trust this place braiding gel. It is often times a knock off with the same labeling. I bought a cloudy product and went to return it or just swap it out and was turned away. This is my second time receiving a knock off gel from this place. So yeah just buy some of your braiding hair from here. I do enjoy their roll on body oil section as well but that's all I can recommend from here.
