I just joined about a month ago . I had not been in a gym for years , but everyone I've met has been supportive and welcoming. I'm commiting to weight loss , and over 50 , and I just get the vibe that it doesn't matter where you are in your fitness journey . I tried the big gyms and it just wasnt the same. SOLID just seems like a place everyone is welcome and there really is no judgement .

I’m a young guy who initially started going to solid fitness because my parents went there, however, I stayed because of the excellent training provided. They treat you like family. I really enjoy being able to form friendships with them, which is something you can’t do at a lot of other gyms.
