I can't say enough about Christian and his gym. Since joining over a year ago and receiving guidance on nutrition and training the results have been incredible. Christians knowledge and passion for his craft are on full display every day and coupled with the recent addition of floor space and equipment there is nothing you cannot achieve here. Absolutely fantastic gym and even better people within.
Just started coming here the past month or so and I have been loving it. Met a trainer, Christian, who is absolutely awesome and getting me where I want to be in a comfortable friendly setting. A lot of gyms make me feel uncomfortable so it took me a while to commit to a membership but very happy I did. Highly recommend this gym to beginners all the way up to big times
I have been working out with Christian and his gym family for almost 5 years. The staff is friendly and caring. Whitney is an awesome trainer and has helped me with fitness! I have lost over 25 pounds and have gained a ton of muscle. The gym has recently been upgraded with new decor and almost all new equipment. It is a clean, friendly, safe environment to work out in. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new gym home!
Solid Fitness is more than just a gym. It’s a life changing workout experience! Christian and Whitney put their whole heart and soul into training all their clients and into every workout! My physique has made incredible strides under Christian’s tutelage. Come try it. You’ll never want to leave!
Really enjoy training at Solid when I get the opportunity. Multiple, knowledgeable staff members present and willing to assist or offer guidance. Good equipment selection to ensure you get the job done. Facility is clean and organized. You can go in and do your own thing or if you want more you can sign up for personal training and/or nutritional counseling.
