Extremely poor communication. Doug installed a fence for me nearly a year ago, and I’m still waiting for my gate to be fixed. I rarely get a response, whether I call, leave a voicemail or text. It’s been another 2 months since he said he would find a time, again with no responses to any of my phone calls, voicemails, or texts. Unfortunately I’ve been trying to contact him this entire last year for this to be fixed since he installed it. Doug and the team at solid fence did a really good job on my fence. It looks absolutely stunning in the color. I truly truly love be patient with the team but they will get the work done and you will be absolutely thrilled with it. I absolutely love my fence. It made my backyard look bigger. I no longer see the construction that is going on around me and it matches my home perfectly.
Careful with this company. They do good work initially but I needed a fence section fixed and after the first no show to look he simply didn’t respond for over three weeks. Once he did respond saying he would make it out I tried to coordinate a time in which he would be able to make it out he didn’t respond for almost another month to phone calls or text messages. He came right away to measure for the fence and I got a quote the same day. Installation was within a couple of weeks. Doug was very friendly and responsive to questions.
They were good are coming and measuring. After that they never got back to us. We never knew if they couldn't install the fence or what happened. I tried calling and texting them, and nothing. They said they were going to call back, but they did not. Very poor customer service, very disappointing. Find other place for your fence.
