I have been using this car wash for a year. I am completely satisfied. People who write about poorly washed cars should understand that a very dirty car is washed by hand. This car wash has a manual car wash with a gentle brush. I have used it many times when my car was very dirty. Always clean and tidy.

Edit 8/24/24 App keeps crashing and hasn't worked in over a week. In addition to app issues, I think they use too much soap and it never gets the car clean. I've been a customer for years, but because of these issues, I'm taking my business elsewhere. Great wash, and great value. My only critique is that I think there should be dryers on the sides as well as the top... the sides are never dried as they should be after completion.
