Solhavn apartments are by far the worst apartments anybody could ever rent from. The way Guardian and the manager treat people is disgusting. They not properly clean or take care of the apartments. The maintence is terrible. They only are out to get money. It is considered low income housing and it is but if you have a job even a part time job expect over half your check to be taken by them.
