If I could give this place a zero stars TRUST ME I would. They’re absolutely so hard up for money and will make up any “charges” or “fee” to make you pay. God forbid you get tangled up with their towing service you’ll be paying an arm, leg & brain. Travis is a tow truck driver and is an absolute scumbag. ONLY COME HERE IF ITS YOUR LAST RESORT OR IF YOUVE BEEN TOWED IN BY LAW ENFORCEMENT AND HAVE NO CHOICE GOOOOD LUCK!!!!
I only picked up a uhaul but I was greeted with a warm smile and taken care of like a life long customer. Thanks for the great experience.
So I’m not the type of person to leave a bad review after having one or even two bad experiences with a business. Soles is different. Soles did not give me one or two bad experiences; Soles gave me the run-around, mislead me, and wasted my time for over two months. I dropped my car off to repair what appeared to be a coolant leak on 5/10/2022. They gave it back to me “fixed” a month later, albeit they were held up by part delays.
