Solera At West Houston is a home away from home environment. The atmosphere at Solera is warm and welcoming. Kanika Lemon, nurse manager is very helpful, approachable, professional and personable. Kanika Lemon, along with other staff I have encountered at Solera care for the patients as if they were family. I would recommend this facility to anyone seeking rehab or long term care.
