True professional who did not charge me 6% — highly recommend him to any Bronx homeowner thinking about selling.

We sold our home with Soler Realty. The process itself was smooth, and Dariel is a great realtor knowledgeable and responsive. However, I’m giving 3 stars because I wouldn’t recommend them to a first-time homebuyer or seller. I believe they may be a better fit for someone who already has a solid understanding of real estate. During the closing, we realized they represented both us and the buyer, which raised concerns about how fairly we were represented throughout the process.
