His staff is rude! We had to wait almost 3 hours to be seen. When I voiced my displeasure on a call, a Nurse interrupted me and told me I could reschedule. After seeing the Dr. the Officer Manager was very abrupt and when we tried to ask questions about registering at the hospital and making sure my mom could make it. We were told my the manager they refuse to do the surgery and find another Surgeon due me being rude. My mom has Stage 4 cancer! We don't have time to find another Dr.
Cancelled surgery without any notification. Office staff refused to schedule an appointment as he told me to make. Office personnel rude and hung up on me.
A very caring physician, goes above & beyond with his patients well being. I was in surgery & while the pathologist was testing my lymph nodes for the cancerous ones, he noticed another area in a totally different location & was concerned. He went to the waiting room & asked my husband if was ok for him to remove it & of course my husband agreed. Bottom line it was basal cell carcinoma, we had no idea. How many doctors do you know that would have been observant & caring enough to do that!
