Everybody was great. Very professional
My doctor ordered home health to administer IV Anti-Biotics due to an infected pain pump that needed to be removed. The first visit with the Soleo nurse was not good, she did not have all the supplies needed (including a pole to hang the IV bottle on) so I provided a coat hanger to substitute. She stated many times she has to do things a certain way for Medicare to pay; even needed come weekly for a patient check. All I needed was a nurse to inject a monthly medication. When I called to ask if they had received the medical order the person couldn’t find it and it took a couple of calls to find out that they expected my doctor’s office to send them all sorts of information along with the order — but they have no form for it. The person on the phone was nice but did not know much about how things work, or why the order hadn’t been processed. She said that my doctor’s office should have called them. What? They didn’t know.
