Love this place!! I live in a 2 bedroom with plenty of natural light. First time in an apartment and I’ll have to say I’m liking it after downsizing from a private home for 35 yrs. You open your front door and step out onto grass not concrete which is a big deal to me. It’s quiet, friendly and convenient. There is a gym and laundry room on the property. I have been here for 10 years and enjoy living here. My building is very quiet and my neighbors are wonderful. Jamie, Wayne and James are the best maintenance guys you could have. Every problem that occurs they solve it immediately. Tiffany stays on top of things. Also the ladies that take care of the common areas are fantastic.
If you have the opportunity to live in an apartment in the Solemar of Dartmouth complex you will not regret! This is most truly an oasis in nature. Even the main road is named for the notorious winds that come in from the sea: Sea Breeze…being walking distance from the beaches just down the street. Awesome place to live , the manager Tiffany is awesome and the maintenance crew are awesome. So nice and professional. They all make sure you are comfortable and handle any issues very fast . The grounds and property itself is well maintained with professional landscaping and snow removal .This property is about 99 percent an older living community.
