This place is well run by Aaron + Tiffany…who are friendly, organized and have a good sense of humor. There is a great group of guys that take care of issues in the apartments. They are very good at solving many different problems. Leslie is the gal that cleans all the apartments between tenants, and the hallways of all the buildings, is friendly, thorough + always has a smile.
Thank you James for your professionalism, courtesy and promptness. You are always excellent and thorough. Your work is always top of the line. Solemar at South Dartmouth is a beautiful place to live. Truly a special community and a staff that goes above and beyond.
Maintenance is great . James is awesome and has a great sense of humor. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly.
I want to give a shout out for Leslie who I see everyday during the week making sure the buildings are clean and always with a hello and how are you! It’s good to see she is happy at her job and is kind to the residents here. This is a great place to live.
The staff at Solemar made the moving experience seamless. I am grateful to Tiffany, Aaron and James for their professionalism, thoroughness and courtesy. My apartment is beautiful and the staff is excellent. I could not ask for better. I love my new home and I feel welcomed. Thank you to all of the staff.
