Considering most of the recent tips look identical i would say that it appears this place is paying for positive reviews (or fabricating them) because i'm telling you the guy at the front desk completely ignored my request for a reduced time in the standup bed & even scoffed at me saying "you're just going to waste your time". It had been months since i've tanned & i explained i burn easily. After putting me in for what i suspect was the full time (either by accident or on purpose) i developed a sever burn from my breasts down covering everything! His ignorance just increased my chance of skin cancer by giving me this nasty burn. Avoid this place like the plague!!

Best Tanning Salon Around!!!! – I have been going to Soleil for a while and love the services there. Soleil offers the best for the right price. Other salons offer super cheap deals for fancy beds that give no color, not here. I refuse to go anywhere else but Soleil. TheThe entire staff is so helpful, friendly, and polite. What I love about Soleil is how incredibly clean it is. The beds are the best beds around. Although they are not all super fancy they are the fastest beds for the best color. The spray tanning machine is also amazing here. I have never had a bad experience with their solution used in there spray tan machine. The color looks so natural. They also offer top products that I have bought myself and loved all of them. The staff is very honest and helpful in helping you find the right product for you. I could not be happier coming back here time after time. If you are in the tampa area make sure you stop buy this salon i love it!!!!

Best Tanning in S. Tampa! – I have been a loyal customer of this salon for over 2 years now. Of all the places I have tried, it's great to finally have one that offers a variety of beds as well as UV-free tanning, great customer service (the girls are always so sweet and helpful), and great deals on packages and products. The results I have seen have been amazing, I am always getting compliments and referring as many people as I can to Soleil.

Best tanning salon in Tampa! – First off, I have nothing but great things to say about Soleil Tanning. I have been going to this salon for over 7 years and refuse to go anywhere else. They offer high pressure UV beds along with my favorite- the UV-free Mystic machine. LOVE the Mystic tan- Gives you the perfect natural glow everytime. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The owner truly cares about each customer's experience. Great location, great price, great products, great staff, great salon- amazing results- overall the only tanning salon you should be going to in Tampa- duh =)

LOVE This Salon – In my opinion, the best tanning salon in South Tampa! The best beds, always VERY clean, never a wait b/c it is so large. It is also quite affordable. They offer UV and Mystic which I LOVE! I can do whichever I am in the mood for :) The thing that stuck out to me the most was how friendly and family-like the staff is...everyone always has a smile on their face and is happy to help! RUN, DON'T WALK TO SOLEIL!

Customer/Management Service Challenged – Though the facilities are top notch, the customer service is less than to be desired. I am pretty perceptive, but I can't figure out if these girls are snobs or if they are genuinely dissatisified with their jobs. The one girl who was pleasant didn't stay long enough for the appreciation letter I wrote for her. I was willing to pay the somewhat elevated prices for the conveinance of location, but if the owner doesn't change this, word will spread. Unfortunately, the owner ( or who claimed to be) seemed to have spent more time reviewing the empoyees shirt size than his own buisness. Maybe...that's why the girls could care less....all I know is that no one seems happy working there, and it comes across as a very uncomfortable experience for paying customers.

Customer Service is a disappointment – I've never had a good experience at this salon. Each time I've gone in the staff is extremely unpleasant and act as though they aren't interested at all in the customer. I live close by and have given the place a couple of chances over the past year, however the treatment is the same each time. No more!
