As for me, I asked clearly for a dip powder manicure. Instead, the technician glued a fake nail to my pinky without asking, and only after it was attached did she ask, “Is this okay?” At that point, what was I supposed to do? I ended up stuck with a full set I never asked for and paid $65 for nails that feel bulky, uncomfortable, and are already lifting. They are so unprofessional, while I was waiting for my mom to get her nails done one of the ladies started making moaning sounds and making TikTok’s, being loud and talking about other customers just being very unprofessional overall made me uncomfortable and the fact that they just didn’t care was terrible.
